Emin Kiourktchian

Biography

Emin Kiourktchian Tedtoev was born in Córdoba. In April 2021, he won first prize at the 40th National Competition for Young Pianists “Ciudad de Albacete,” and that same year he was admitted to study at the Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid with Professor Milana Chernyavska. In April 2025, he made his debut in Armenia at the Yerevan Chamber Music Hall with a recital that received a standing ovation from the audience. In May 2025, he was selected to participate in the Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels. La Voz de Galicia, reviewing his concert in A Coruña, described him as: “A technical prodigy with a Russian soul, pianist Emin Kiourktchian displayed technical brilliance and power throughout the evening.”
