Biography

Praised by Martha Argerich as “a brilliant pianist, a very dedicated and sensitive musician…I highly recommend him to your attention,” 27-year-old Israeli pianist Ido Zeev rose to international prominence after Argerich presented him in her concert series tour in France. He has performed at some of the world’s leading festivals and concert series, including the Verbier Festival, La Roque d’Anthéron, AMG Basel, the Martha Argerich Festival and Les Grands Interprètes in Toulouse, where Bachtrack wrote: “Ido Zeev is an artist to keep our eyes on.” In 2025, he received the Verbier Festival’s Tabor Foundation Award for the most promising young pianist. He began piano studies at age 10 with Ganit Polin, later studying with Arie Vardi, and since 2024 with Rena Shereshevskaya.
