Kristina Papiieva

Biography

Born in 2002, Kristina Papiieva began her musical journey at age six, making her solo debut with the Zaporizhzhia Philharmonic at age eight. Currently based in Lugano, her recent accolades include absolute first prizes at the "Città di Riccione", "Euterpe", and "Premio Aldo Ciccolini" competitions. She was also a prize-winner at the "Marco Bramanti", "Giulio Rospigliosi" Senior, and Schumann Prize contests. She has performed as a soloist with the Odessa Philharmonic, Zaporizhzhia Philharmonic, "Città di Grosseto" Symphony, and Antonio Vivaldi orchestras. In September 2026, she is scheduled to debut with the Orchestra della Svizzera italiana. Kristina has refined her artistry with mentors such as B. Lupo, E. Pace and many others. She is supported by the FAIR and Gautier Capuçon foundations.
