Mitsuki Fukuhara

Biography

Mitsuki Fukuhara is a Japanese pianist who has received recognition at numerous international competitions in Europe and Japan. In 2025, he won 4th Prize at the Livorno Piano Competition in Italy and 3rd Prize at the Premio Mater Competition, and reached the finals of the Bartók World Piano Competition in Budapest. He was also awarded First Prize at the Folkwang Preis in Germany and the Köhler-Osbahr-Stiftung Competition. Other achievements include finalist prizes at the Premio Alkan Competition and the Takarazuka Vega Competition, as well as semifinal appearances at Piano Campus in France, the Animato International Piano Competition in Paris, and the Hans von Bülow Wettbewerb in Germany. He currently lives and performs in Germany.
