Biography

Born on 6 May 2004, Yoonji Yeo attends Seoul National University under Aviram Reichert. Internationally, she having been named a semifinalist at the Takamatsu International Piano Competition(2026), and a quarterfinalist at the Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition(2024). She has distinguished herself by advancing to the finals of the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition(2023), the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition(2024), and the Épinal International Piano Competition(2025). Also she was awarded Second Prize and the Jury Special Prize at the Ishikawa International Piano Competition(2019), Second Prize at the Dong-A Music Competition(2025), and Second Prize at the JoongAng Music Competition(2024).
