Yuetong Wang

Biography

Yuetong Wang is currently studying piano at the Juilliard School in the United States. At the age of 12, she won the gold medal in the professional category at the 8th All Japan Youth Piano Competition. At the age of 13, she was admitted directly to Shanghai Conservatory of Music Affiliated High School without taking the entrance exam. In 2021, she won the first prize in the professional group of the "the Pearl River Caesarsburg International Youth Piano Competition". In 2023, she was awarded the first-class scholarship of "Tang Junyuan Outstanding High School Student" and the Fu Chengxian Scholarship in Shanghai, and has won the Niu Ende Professional Scholarship multiple times. In July 2024, she was admitted to Shanghai Conservatory of Music with the highest score in piano major.
